The following statement explains VEGA Group PLC's (VEGA) policy regarding personal information we collect about you.
- For certain functionality on vega-group.com, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself in order to take advantage of the functionality. Such functionality includes feedback forms, newsletter and e-mail alert subscriptions and sending a page on vega-group.com to an associate.
- By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable VEGA to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, VEGA will treat that information in accordance with this policy. VEGA acts in accordance with current legislation.
- You also have the ability to agree for VEGA to send you information not directly related to the reason for visiting vega-group.com (you control this). VEGA will only send you information that is either directly, or indirectly, related and relevant to your organisation.
- When you enter a site your computer will automatically be issued with a cookie, Cookies are text files that identify your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. Many sites do this whenever a user visits their site in order to track user behaviour of a website.

If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere to vega-group.com or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on vega-group.com, and VEGA considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, VEGA can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop such behaviour.
