From 14 February 2008, VEGA was no longer listed as a Public Limited Company on the London Stock Exchange. This follows the acquisition of VEGA by Finmeccanica - Societa Per Azioni ("Finmeccanica"). For historical purposes, this section will be retained until further notice.
