Phil Cartmell

Chief Executive Officer


Phil Cartmell (55) was appointed Chief Executive in May 2001, having joined the Group in July 2000 as Divisional Director, Consulting.


Prior to joining VEGA, he was Vice President Consulting EMEA at Baan Company and has held other senior positions with KPMG and Origin (UK).



"One of the main thrusts of the strategy was to achieve a more balanced business model where we would achieve greater parity between our services, markets and geographies. We have now set up a structure which reflects these changes and are beginning to see the benefits of this flow through to the business."

Andy Roberts - Non-Executive ChairmanAndy Roberts

Non-executive Chairman


Andy Roberts (55)  became Chairman of VEGA in November 1997. He is also Chairman of Kewill Systems PLC.



Andy was formerly Chief Executive of Data Sciences Ltd and has previously held various senior management positions within ICL.
